I'm a keen follower of Zerodha from the time they've started and have enjoyed a good relationship with them. Maybe you should send an email to complaints@zerodha.com to get a quick response.

I have had a very good experience with Zerodha so this could be a one off case. I think someone from their office will get in touch with you if you escalate by writing to complaints@zerodha.com

What you are talking about is dark pools, it is not allowed in India. Every order placed is sent to the exchange, and we get an order id from the exchange. I remember reading this on ET, you can google for it.

Even I trade with Zerodha and a few other brokers (just to be safe) and can surely say that the problem was with all brokers using NEST. It may also be an issue with NSE directly but since NSE is a big boy nobody can say anything about them. I'm waiting for Pi to release so these kind of issues d read more...

Sam, 1. Zerodha has 3 platforms, web based, software based and mobile based. There is basic charting on webbased, but the software based has a decent charting platform. 2. Got carried away by the low monthly brokerage and opened account in my wife’s name. Trading for the last 4 months, couple of months back they stopped Market orders, can you believe it??
