My problems with Reliance GSM are getting worse. Now they forcibly install caller tunes every other day and charge the customer. This entire experience is making me lose faith in all Reliance products like mutual funds, BigTV etc. STAY AWAY FROM RELIANCE GSM FOLKS.

I experienced a similar problem with Reliance GSM - arbitrary deduction of money for services that I never asked for. Completely unethical. As for Internet, I suggest you get yourself a PSU connection like BSNL, MTNL etc. Fantastic connectivity and speeds.

Agree with most of the review. In it's category its the best looking phone in India. The battery life is a little disappointing.

I have the exact same problem that you have described. Simple advice: stay away from Reliance GSM.
