Hi pjneo, So far GE has been pushing association to take charge over the entire complex and only the construction work will be taken care by GE. But still there are incomplete stuff in ABC blocks. So, if not this dec then it should happen in next couple of months. You should ask GE about this clear read more...

Hi cpblr, Dont dare to buy a apartment where GE is going to maintain for months/years. Otherwise you will run the rough times of your life during that period.
