The ombudsman for royal sundaram is useless and doesn t work at all. First time, the email was simply forwarded to royal sundaram. Second time, nothing happened. Not even a reply. I am now looking for legal advice to get back the claim amount
Yes. the problem was fixed completely but at a later time. The people who installed the AC had little product knowledge or installed the ac not so properly.
