I hope the issues have been resolved. I empathise with your frustrations- it has been a long and uphill struggle for me albeit with the Tata Indicomm Plug 2 Surf USB modem. Customer service, as you have written, is non existent in the Tata Indicom world.

Thanks for the commiseration Smita. I chose to subscribe with Tata Broadband after I fortuitously discovered an ethernet cable that the previous tenant had used. Tata Broadband customer service was just as apalling. Eventually, I went with a local person who acts as a broker for Tata Broadband. Thin read more...
