I spend more then 2 month with this company to resolve my issue. But no one listen to me. No action action against the agent, no reply to my e-mails. False information. IRDA is not paid agency who need money from first premium. Every one need to keep money with regulatory agency same is true with bank. It does''t mean they will 'loot' you. I too booked flat in same project. But after seeing agreement it doesn't looks like the same what was promised at booking time. One thing which is very imp here is cancellation charges.
