@ramachs3, the sales executives are inexperienced ones - they were unable to keep up sync with the sales spree and I don't complain them. How many builders/property sales guys have you interacted so far? Sovereign has been the most pleasant experience for me so far (amongst Golden Gate, Sobha, Nitesh, Oceanus those I have interacted).
