I can only sympathize... I've also been having my own set of hassles with this airline, except that I've been trying to deal with people movement not cargo. But obviously Jet doesn't discriminate - they treat you equally badly either way! I wish Kingfisher, Deccan and all the others the very read more...

Deshpreet, If Jet is so great, then why don't they have the courtesy to respond to my emails and phone calls. I am posting these comments only due to extreme frustration.
