when we viewed the site on saturday 25th august, it still said that rakhis ordered 'now' will be guaranteed delivered by 28th on rakhi.

Its all about rediff being an indian site, importance festival of 'Rakhi' for any Indian, 'big bold capital' promise from rediff on their site that the order would be delivered by 28th August (especially in big cities like mumbai and pune) and then complete lack of commitment and failure to deliver read more...
