The site promised guaranteed delivery of Rakhis by 28th August 2007 (Rakhi day) sent by my wife to her brother and by my sister to my younger brother in Pune and Mumbai respectively. The orders were placed on 25th August Saturday.
The rakhis at both places were NOT delivered by 28th August. Such an important festival for brothers and sisters was spoilt in the process. NEVER SHOP ON REDIFF. They make big promises on their site but never deliver based on my experience and based on stories we have heard from people.
They don’t care about how important an occasion is for people in India. They play with emotions and try to make money in the process. Typical Indian Mentality. Can never be professional. Just make quick money and let people suffer.
They should focus on reviewing movies and promote their site through cheap stunts. They are not equipped with right process and right people.
