Teachers are also putting a lot of pressure for annual day preparation which is also not good.

Teachers here are like bonded labor. Salaries given to teachers are low. What I know is that they keep original certificates of teachers so that they stay in school and pay money to school to get back certificates in case they need to quit. Their policies are not transparent.

Excellent review. I second your thoughts. In addition to senior classes. There is a need for good teachers in primary / pre-primary as well.
