“A mountain is not higher than your confidence, because it will be under your feet, if you reach the top.” my father mentioned this to me often. I remember my childhood like yesterday! I will define it as a never ending vacation. My education was like an ecosystem with complex set of relationships among the living and nonliving stuffs, and our area residents - It included trees, swamps, fields, animals, birds, fish…. I managed to complete MBA in human resource and MS in Applied Science, very recently Toastmasters International recognized me as Competent Communicator and Competent Leader. I started my career as a Reed Information Services (Teledirect) in 1996 at Bangalore when someone told that there is an opening in Comat Technologies at Mysore, which was way back in 1998. I walked in at Comat premises for an interview and started conversing with a fellow next to me, our conversation was very interesting -starting from potential of Mysore in employability, scalability, and strategic location for BPO initiative and so on, and I started wondering that this guy is so very intelligent and knows a lot about business and I made up my mind to pack up as I was sure he will get the job only to realize later that he is the young CEO Mr. Ravi Rangan. Today, after being with Vee Technologies and then returning back to Comat, later starting Gestalt Minds (training centres), now I am with SPI and very happy being here. One of my friends often use to say don’t fall but rise in love… Truly, I have arisen deeply in love with Theja, who is now a mother of my daughter Tanisha, I live with them in my little world at Mysore.
