Agreed with you Bharathkumar.... Big Cheats in the name of service and maintenance. Bought Enhanced RO water purifier Jan 13 2013. Not even one year water purifier stopped working. Service person told one of the filter has gone bad. I asked him to replace it at the company cost as one year is not read more...

Hi After struggling for 10 days finally my Tata photon got activated. Got 1 month of unlimited package. Speed was consistent, got up to 1MB. Did not recharge after 1st month usage. got BSNL connection ;)
still not yet activated..... ;( if i call customer care they are given the numbers like 48hrs, 72 hrs daily.... if i ask for talking to higher management there also i am getting the numbers like 4 hrs, 24 hrs.. ;( having a pathetic experience.
