In November, I planned to go for a long drive. so gave for service also informed them about the break issue which is less effective.
They did the service but still break problem was persisted when I did test drive. I informed the service guy. he told in Fiego this is the break effectiveness. I argued for long time and then he asked someone else to look into it and he did some setting and made it better.
After few 100 KM, it was observed that while doing reverse break pad becomes very hard.
it was very difficult to apply the break during reverse.
I gave it for service one more time this Saturday around morning 10:30.
They called back in evening 5:55, I could not answer him properly so I re-called back around 7:00. Service Guy told at 7:00 office is closed now and on sunday is their weekly off.
I requested for a drop on Monday, as I don’t have time to pick up my vehicle. I will leave for office around 9:00 and will be back by 8:00PM or 9:00PM. they told will check and update on monday.
I was without car for two days.:-(
On Monday, their same story started. No Driver. you come and pick up.
Now I need to put a leave and go for service? even I too don’t know whether car is repaired or not.
