Mr. Raghuram says that ration card holders are given 80% concession on their tariffs. That is good but it would still be expensive. But it is a step in the right direction. Why are these facts not publicised? If the people of this area knew about this, the hospital would be flooded with patients!

one should look at real issues, not superficial ones
Two years is a very long time for a hospital to get its act together. What unbiased has written about is only about superficial things, not about real medical care and the obligations that the hospital has towards the people of this area.
