Delay of 4years in any project is equivalent to amount invested for the flat itself with 18%interest. People should demand this from Unitech and authorities to penalize them even more because of this crime of delay they are conducting.
Unitech should be penalized by Authorities for delay of upto 5years beyond commited delivery date. The Unitech directors shluld be penalized individually as they gained financially with tbis. Buyers should be given 18% interest on all paid amounts for duration beyond commited delivery date.
