There hasn't been problem yet. If possible, check where the machine got manufactured. Made in Europe or turkey quality is good. I don't know if they started making in China. Also buy only if you are in metro cities where they have good service. Drum breakage may have been installation issue and faul read more...
Till now, no issues with the machine. Using it almost everyday. No degradation in performance as of now. I'll update the review if I get any issues. Never had to call customer support. It has been 14 months now and no issues till now. It has been performing well. A few care - please clean the coin collector every month (this is at right side bottom of your machine). Thanks for your comment. If Airtel can't set benchmark in customer service and its product offering, then I don't think any other company would. In US, you get broadband 10 times faster, wireless, fairly good customer service and all in $30 bill, which is too low compared to cost of living there. I read more...
