They have a portal where you can escalate the complaint. But no response even from Management. It seems the whole company is sleeping and living on past glory.
25 years back they were known for service. Today they are known for poor service. They simply close complaints without solving them. They dont respond to calls. And when they come, they are ill-prepared. And they will simply inflate your bill but wont solve the problem.

dont buy hitachi AC. It is so difficult to get post sales service. The AMC is just useless. They charge the money and show up twice a year just to provide superficial cleaning. When you genuinely need service they wont even take your call.
