I have been using this Product Geneus model but the Service by Eureka Forbes has been absolutely poor. Once you buy the product, you are at their mercy. Either they will charge you exorbitantly or they will give you shabby service. In my case, it has been both. After months of reminders they visited once. After visiting the person opened up the whole machine. He just does not know the product well enough. One by one he asked us to replace everything- filters, pump, Motherboard, PCB, asking for almost 12000 Rupees. And still he was guessing. He kept options open to replace the Membrane and adapter. Effectively the whole machine to be replaced, just after 3.5 years. Out of desperation I agreed to pay the full amount. But then the service guy Prashant Jadhav did not have the spares. After another week, he has stopped responding and is not taking calls. So much for the service of Eureka Forbes. Sick service. And if this is happening in Pune, imagine what will happen in other cities.
This is the Top model of Eureka Forbes and the technician has no idea of how to repair it!! The management is simply interested in fooling the customer.
The company has gone to dogs now. God save Eureka Forbes!!! I have lost all hopes.
