Posting my experience opening a demat account with zerodha. As expected the support is bad and no query will be answered and we need to call up few times and we will get real update only second time. Based on my experience, better to avoid any full service brokers as we end up getting mediocre service and top of it, the scrips are recommended by MOSL with the aim of making brokerage. So better to avoid and go in for budget brokers as we are better judge than these firms.
Please DONOT book for stay in Pondicherry through Makemytrip, you will incur additional cost. I had this experience very recently. On approaching the customer support, I didn’t get a proper response.
