Guys remember we are talking about ICFAI and NOt about IBS...yes ur right cheque bounce is a fault but which eduaction institute in world isues notices to all friends and family members and refrences of the student?....aqnd that too even after the cash mount has been deposited?....and yes the counse read more...
yes you dint face any problem because none of your cheques bounced, when you get an order from court even when you have not done anything wrong, then you will come to know what happens! I only know what I have faced.
