I bought an airtel dongle on 29th August, only to experience that they cannot activate it till date. However a request for cancellation has been acknowledge today the 6th September. Airtel representatives have only vague replies. How can I take this to consumer forum. I have all correspondence with me on this subject of my Dongle purchase and complaints since the day of purchase. Please inform how you can assist. I am writing them with a legal notice today through my advocate.

Hi, I bought airtel 4G hotspot. It is not connecting to Samsung products (Galaxy tab 4). It got connected with Moto G and Ipad. Any idea?
