Its not only optra, the problem is with all the diesel car of all brands. A diesel car has to used daily for minimun of 50 km per day, otherwise the engine will always keep on getting stalled. Diesel engines are basiclly designed for long and daily drive. If your commute is not more then 50km p read more...

Tata is doing a good for modest income indian people who dream of owning a good suv in india. Even somebody with 1 lac income per month can’t dream of owning a international brand suv in india.
