They show low prices and trick the customer into buying, but they never ship! In the end it's just a waste of 10-15 days and a whole lot of anxiety.

I called Customer Care. They said that the product is out of stock and it will be delayed by 2-3 days, or even more. Seeing the experiences of people on this website, I thought it was safest to cancel the order so I got it cancelled. There was no effort from the customer service rep to convince me t read more...

Ok, but please help me understand where the problem is. Is there trouble in shipping? Is the product not sourced yet? No updates, still waiting, status is 'To be shipped'. Today is the 17th and ETA is for 19th. I would be happy to collect the phone from your office in Gurgaon if there is trouble shipping it. I'm beginning to lose faith. It should have been shipped by now if it had to reach by 19th.
I got a call from the customer care department. The representative told me that they have intimated their team to ship the product on priority and that they would get back to me as soon as they have any updates. I hope that happens soon. Glad that they called to acknowledge though! Makes me feel a read more...
