I finally did receive the product, 20 days after I ordered it. However, the interim period was a real ordeal with no proper response from Indiatimes and the courier service Delhivery needs to be called 10 times a day just to get through to a customer rep and sometimes even that doesnt work. The quality of any company is judged by the customer service you get when there are problems. After reading your comment I did go and read snapdeal and flipkart reviews on Mouthshut and have not seen either of them with such bad reviews.
