UPDATE: The Builder has stopped all registrations because of a major legal problem. They are willing to give possession but not register the apartment which affects people who have taken housing loans as they cannot claim tax exemption. It is not clear at all when legal problem will be sorted. Going read more...

Do NOT buy in this project. In addition to all the problems above, they have a VERY SERIOUS land issue. They will not be able to register a clean sale deed as they do not own all the project land they claim to. Keppel is a ''world class'' crook. Be very careful
