you can go for gs without any 2nd thoughts... it's the largest bike available in the segment... so i think there'll be no problem for you...
Since the bike has got 6 gears the chain becomes loose very often... but the chain being broken is unusual.. u would have not noticed the chain getting loose at the beginning itself... and the chain may have got struck up in the chain guard and got a cut... check for the tightness of the chain read more...
yes friend... the graphics of the 2010 gs is great.... but one problem with SUZUKI is they have a rule that ''spare parts should not be sold out of the service centre'', we have to get the spares changed only in service centres... gs 150r is an excellent bike... but since u consider YAMAHA, try SZ150 looks are nice... but doesn't know about the performance pal...
during first 2 or 3 service periods the mileage will be low in all the bikes.. the oil changed in the service centres won't be nice.. try MOTO ELF..
