Also , like they have theives habit, not to say name on the phone becuse they know they are not capable to replve the issue
No picking up the phone
Also closing the ticket raised without confirmation

Again They started the same practice, of not replying the customer , i have mailed them for my domain mail issue. Not got any reply from last 3 days and nor i am seeing any progress in resolving the issue.
