Basically it stems from the fact that I used to be very seedha-sadha when I was a kid. A big pair of glasses dangling on the ears, oil slick hair, reading books in the hallows of the basement when others were out playing hide and seek....Yeah that was ME. So now I get sort of vicarious pleasure out of Calvin's antics. And not to mention that most of his strips uncover what is hidden in almost everyone of us. One day I decided to be a better man...so went off to pursue MBA far far away from home. Now when I look back, I don't percieve much of a change in myself apart from the facts that I can recite management jaron at a supersonic speed and I have a monstrous loan to pay back..;-) See on top left hand side....that is actually me in the garb of Calvin's alter-ego Stupendous Man. Bill Waterson saw me once and plagiarized the idea for his strip. The royalty lawsuit is still pending..!! Ok...why I haven't put my picture there is because either the camera man wouldn't stop laughing or the photo film sternly refused to be developed. The efforts to get a good photo are still on...sacchhi...! So till then, my apology to all MS members who insist on putting a picture out there..especially Leah..;-) My all time favourite book is 'To Kill A Mockingbird' that inspired me to become an author....starting with these reviews, it won't be long before you find a self-help book on the stands written by me...;-)) And my motto in life <b>Beauty is in the eyes of the Beer Holder!!</b> hic! jockey. Reading anything under the sun- An ardent Wodehouse fan Watching movies back to back ;-) Feigning sickness when it's time to wake up in the morning

Well 'very useful' not because of the great books but because of the way you write.... It's amazing man! 'GoST' is a piece of trash according to me but others are real classics. Me reading Midnight's Children these days..and it's def gonna be on my Top 5 in case i do write one..:-D keep up read more...

well .. Kritika... I agree with you abt the disappointing quality of most of the songs in the cds. But I think from time to time these people come out with some real gems. Try 'pyar zindagi hai' ...i think by Dj Suketu from UMI. Nice review there. btw liked the prayer in gurmukhi in ur profile. read more...
