Can rattle off names of all major female porn stars since 1972. Feel Black Adder should be made world president. Think Bogart rules. Used to write in mother tongue, but am using a notebook these days. . ''Don't sit under the apple tree with anyone else but me.'' Collect comic books and other second-hand junk. Follow Marx, albeit of the Groucho variety. Addicted to cigarettes, pop art and women (in that order).

The film had patches of sheer brilliance which makes you wonder is it the same director throughout. Maybe as you rightly point out the focus on the Bachchan's killed it proper.
