I ordered an product(car accessories) by cod.the DTDC delivery person came at our door but no was available at that time .he called me and I told him to wait for 5 mins.i reached home in 5 mins.he was not there then I called him 15 times but he did not recieved the call.next day also he dint came so I called up dtdc customer care to report the matter.
They told me to call local office as the produst status has been updated as refused to accept by the customer.in local office no 1 picked the call so I contacted askmebazzar customer care to explain the situation.i explained all the situation in details for 15 min.the guy sittin on other end was so dumb that he told that delivery time is 10 days so you ll get the product before that.all the explaination went to vein.thank god it was COD otherwise my money would have stuck with these studupi people.
Update: Hi askmebazaar.com mgmt.if you want to improve then try to improve the quality of ur service not just public relation website reviews.Without my knowlege this review has been marked resolved.i think mouthshut.com has also became biased. just check the ticket no. #3697.just check the query I raised and what respose I got after so many days.you ll come to know how ur customer care executives are just rubbing their hands from the tickets raised.
