Their reply avoids the actual issue. I never blamed them for the airline’s cancellation. My complaint is about: -> The denial of an available Singapore–Mumbai flight I requested due to my senior citizen mother’s needs. -> Paid return fare Rs. 14,406 + Rs. 500 service fee — implying a Rs. 13,9 read more...
