You are absolutely right. Worst part is you won't get to talk to any responsible person Who could take a decision. Also, every single time you have to tall to a new person explaining him the whole story a thousand times. Guess nobody cares a damn for our time and money

Thanks! I was using a dry vaccum cleaner earlier (for over 20 years) which was convenient to use with a proper dust bag. But this one does not have the concept of a dust bag and that fact was never communicated to me. I was told that there is a dust bag. The whole experience has been bitter for me.
