If you lose your credit card and somebody uses it...You still lose nothing....as you are not liable to pay for any transaction that's not yours!!! .... The loss here is borne by the merchant your approved the transactions.

Fine, if ICICI follows a particular method, then let them do it. But then i Guess, you'll have to inform your bank of the Dispute clearly and ensure that ICICI has understood it. Call your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback on the transaction, stating wrongful billing by the merchant (Go Air). You do not need to apply at IIMs for CAT but do remeber this is the only exception. Even at XAT, you have to apply to member institutes like XLRI, XIMB etc
