every time i enquire i am told 6-7 days while you are supposed to refund as per your website policy with 7-15 days? would you kindly pay the interest for three weeks on the refund amount?since you have delayed refund?
these are delaying tricks to prevent customers their due refund and hold on to their money as long as you can. how much time do you need?to investigate?what is there to investigate?airlines says money is refunded and is with you. why dont you pay it back ?
