Can you please explain why does it take soooo long to deliver a product.. Approx 3 weeks from when I ordered (9th Jan) to deliver a product.. even from US the product can be shipped much faster.

I had ordered the product on 9th Jan for a Samsung S3.. the product is not delivered... with several calls and complaints.. I am still waiting for the product. every time I call I will be told by the customer execitive that a case manager will call me back.. no one will call me.. my phone bill has a read more...
