Product not Delivered (Samsung S3)

I had ordered the product on 9th Jan for a Samsung S3.. the product is not delivered... with several calls and complaints.. I am still waiting for the product. every time I call I will be told by the customer execitive  that a Case Manager will call me back. No one will call me.. my phone bill has already hit the roof this month calling india times shopping


Order No.: 3001868291 // complaint number is 628063. I am repenting ordering the product on this site..


I am left with no choice then posting my view here. I hope they deliver my product or let me know what the status of my product is..


BTW the money is also been paid by my credit card and I got the statement for the same.. first time in my life I am paying for what I have not received.


If India times is listening then please let me know the status of my product and hopefully deliver it soon..
