    Hi Guys, I got my refund today. Must say, Mr Dhruv Shringi and Mr Abhay Nath processed the whole thing very quickly and made sure the issue is resolved ASAP. So I would again like to use this public platform to thank them. :)

    @ Cruise: Thanks for your input, will keep that in mind in the future @Suma: I have already mailed Dhruv, he did reply and has delegated the work to head of customer support - Abhay Nath. He will be getting back to me by tommorrow. Let's hope for the best. Will keep you all posted
