Yezdi, Yeah, Agreed! the problem is with the response to this kind of situation. No one reposnds to the ticket, it stays there open, no response to the emails, when you call up the call center they try to console us with the promise of issue of resolving and back to square one. May be i will get the read more...

I agreee, i had a same experience as yours, however i got the tyres but seems to be of used one and manufactured 4 years ago. When i called them up they simply hang the phone in the middle of the conversation. Never deal with them.

Its now 65000 KM old. I have changed the following : Battery -- yes Just Battery Nothing else. I was out of country for 5 months and in the mean time, The battery got drained up and had to replace it. I am still living with the DRY shaft noise (came across it after 10K Km). Same with me yaar. ordered a plasma TV and still no clue of that after 13 days.
