If we sort out the worst banks in India, ICICI will stand on the top. There will be no use banking with them. They are already shameless. Remember every party has an end. This is the right time to teach these people a lesson. Excellent comment buddy. I will send this link to the level4 customer service, who r not willing to solve one of my problems with ICICI. Ofcourse that is useless. They don't feel shame at all.

HDFC is always a better choice. Their policy of showing interest on customer service rather than increasing the customer base is what attracted me. ICICI quite opposite to this policy.

My story is no different from this. We can't rate a bank as no1 bak based on it's customer base. Based on the service we need to rate it. This is the problem.
