The AC's in question are 2 tonnes Split AC - Model -ACE
Is it not the responsibilty of Hitachi to ensure proper installation and then in case of any problem intervene and resolve the issue ? The Hitachi products are Chinese and their after sales service is ZERO. Would not recommend Hitachi Air Conditioners for FREE also. Put a air cooler instead. At least there will be peace of mind. With a Hitachi AC in your house, you will neither have cooling of room nor mind.
