Dear Gulati_2012, I sympathise with you. The best thing to do is send an email to bluestar directly. Go to their website and enter a online complaint/ feedback. Keep at it, the dealers take a while to respond. What I did at the dealer was I got the sales guy (not the maintenance guy) to visit o read more...

Apologies for commenting on my own review. I wished to add a postscript that Bluestar finally replaced the machine and the new one worked rather well. The dealers were rather sweet about it too.
