They mention about model flat, but will not give you a single thing which is in model flat. every single word uttered by them is a lie. do not ever believe them. big time cheats.
Guys, go ahead and check the apartments in Lapiz Lazuli, you will be convinced a million times not to go ahead with any of their projects. I totally agree with sblog and Tina. Tina is absolutely correct when she asks to stretch and go for a good builder. Guys, go with Sobha, Vaswani, Mantri, Brigade, Purva. May be you ought to go and check the quality of material being used by Vijetha. 2nd grade material. May be you are amongst the 10% ( or lesser ) of the customers who feel they have got a great deal out of Vijetha. 90% of the customers are dissatisfied with the quality and delay in execution.

It is really sad to know they have not provided Generator, Car Parking and other facilities/amenities.
