    Yes. The universal rule is first apply rear break and then front break soon after.

    Hi, Can start your running race soon after getting up from bed? It is impossible and our body needs to be warmed up by exercise in any form. As dinu6364 told, engine also needs to be warmed up, to come in to full swing. Thanks for this opportunity to write. Loganathan. Chennai
