aegon religare provides the cheapest premium but it also has the maximum number of claims unsettled and maximum number of pending claims which is as high as 48.48%. these companies just take premiums from you but they never give u claims. its a pure profit making company.....nothing more.

thank you mrmukesh for your comment but just to let you know ICICI is a multinational company but not a foreign company. Its an Indian company. ICICI = Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation of INDIA. :-)
