Thanks to MS. Tradus customer care finally called me up and initiated a re-fund :) finally a relief :)
I followed up with first flight for 5 days and finally got it to escalate to all senior managers and finally on saturday, Mr Kondiah, contacted me on this, but keeping my fingers crossed on this as nothing is sure until i get my money back. anyways i should thank god that finally someone from tra read more...
