I had placed an order for Lumia 720 on 11 Nov 2013. Till date I havent received the item, there is no way to contact customer care, finally one day seller contacted me and we r in touch. He dispatched the item but first flight courier people have lost it.
Now who will pay me? Tradus? or the seller?

I spent one whole day to contact seller, contact courier, lodge complaint against them and finally someone is looking at it but no relief yet as I havent recieved the item nor my money. So, if you are looking to buy online, go for Flipkart or snapdeal worst case, if you choose Tradus, be sure to use COD option.
Stay away from Tradus - take my words - absolutely zero customer support - your emails queries will get automated reply only, you will never get an answer. No one will ever call you from Tradus. I wasted 600 rupees currency in following up with courier guys, tradus seller etc. no one cares. you are left to your own. I would say, you are lucky if you get your item delivered,
if you want to risk your money, go ahead, else stay away please. Tradus customer support rating - zero 0/10
pricing - 6/10( you get similar pricing elsewhere too) no big deal. Finally there is no option to cancel your order once the seller has processed it.
What should I do now? I lost my hard earned money 16724/-. We should now on only do cash on delivery, then these people( seller and tradus will get fire in their a*). I am now planning to go legal way against tradus( soon a legal notice will be sent to their CEO and we will appeal the honorable SC of India to ban TRADUS from India itself). We are in the process of filing a cheating case against them( yes my father in law is a criminal lawyer:)
Why shud I be wasting my time in following up with courier and seller. Ideally it shud be their headache to take responsibility to deliver the item or refund the money!
