Thank you Abhi. I contacted the payment gateway and finally received the refund from Timtara today.
Arushi not all ecommerce site do the same. There are reliable sites like let's buy, flipkart etc. I got refund from them very easily.
Gaurav, it was IFB microwave. It is showing in stock now on their site.
