I agree Asha. I have the similar complaint. They are not bothered about customer. Please raise a complain in Consumer forum. You can do it through this website http://www.nationalconsumerhelpline.in/ComplaintFile.aspx . We really need to teach them some lessons

It is better to get rid of them. You can opt for some trustworthy service providers. Based on the review I read in the Mouthshut they seems to very bad with their services
Thanks Deshna, I also feel that I am luck not gone for Tikona after going through so many feedbacks about Tiokna. I have even informed my friend circle not to go with Tikona connection as the reviews are really bad about their services
