True, one should not fall into the trap of the offers being offered by this company, services from Ola and Uber are prompt and much better then their old and obsolete ways of managing cabs.

Same is the case in bangalore, its such an expensive service and so unreliable, the drivers and customer care are just taking customers for granted.
